Membership

The Optimist Club is made up of adults from the community. We have teachers, plumbers, managers, retired folks, and all other professions. We have over 113 members. We are always looking for additional members who want to help us make the kids be the most they can be!

Potential members can contact us through this website or message us on Facebook. We will invite you to a dinner meeting as our guest. After joining us for another meeting, we will provide a brief orientation. You can submit a provided application with a $83 check. The board then reviews and votes. Annual dues are $83.

We meet the first Tuesday of every month at the American Legion Branch 166 (2308 Philadelphia Ave, Ocean City, MD). Social starts at 5:15pm, dinner at 6pm. Message us if you wish to attend a meeting to find out more about our Club.
