Annual Seaside Boat Show
Each February the club runs the Seaside Boat Show. The club rents the Roland E Powell Convention Center from the city and rents space to over 150 vendors. Over 50 boat dealers and other vendors take advantage of the event. Over 350 boats and all the newest nautical and fishing equipment is in display. Over 85 club members work the show! 2023 will be our 40th Boat Show.
Winterfest of Lights
Visit Ocean City’s Winterfest of Lights, located at beautiful Northside Park, 125th Street and the bay. This popular, outdoor event is celebrating its 27th year and will put you in the mood for the holiday season! Board the Winterfest Express and prepare to be whisked into a magical land of spectacular lights.
Membership
The Ocean City-Berlin Optimist Club is always looking for additional members who want to help us make the kids be the most they can be! We participate in community service programs that are dedicated to the children in our community. Our mission is to provide hope and positive vision and to bring out the best in our youth, our community and ourselves.
